This while glove 15-story prewar building required extensive Local Law 11 work, including new parapet walls in back, structural steel repairs on the corners, and rebuilt masonry throughout the facades. In addition, 30 feet of cracked corner brickwork was replaced, as well as lintel replacement, caulking cracks, re-pointing and waterproofing. Coping stone was replaced in certain sections as were limestone and terracotta.
Building management expressed its satisfaction with both the work, and the company's ability to provide the highest quality, company-owned sidewalk sheds and scaffolding for the project.
